On the basis of the cooperation contract were analyzed following problems. The quality of the belts was solved. The solving of repeated problems with the failure of oil pump body was realized. Enormous wear damage of bushing surface was discussed. Due to frequent poor quality of some supplied castings by the producer were recommended improvements of the casting technology. Subsequently was verified their efficiency in particular to reduce the porosity of castings and increase plasticity by laboratory testing. The detail information is enclosed in particular reports.
