The purpose of this paper is to present the results of experiments performed within the boundaries of last year's internal grant. The experiments concentrated on reliability of materials used to make conductive joints in electronics, specifically at lead-free technologies as mandated by the RoHS directive. The tests used accelerated climatic aging to simulate operating conditions of electronics.
