Decomposition of Surface EMG Signal and Its Mapping
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Work is concerned with developing of method for decomposing surface EMG signal with respect to the future use in automated prosthesis system. Proposed method is non invasive. It uses special multi channel electrode for obtaining signal from small surfacearea on palm (thumb) or other places on the body with high concentration of muscles having smooth motoric capability. Signal is then amplified with diferential amplifier and bandpass filtred and digitalized at high frequencies. Next step is evaluation of obtained signals (quality, noise ratio, etc.). Last step is automatic decomposition of recieved signal to basic MUAPs (motor unit action potentials). Methods involved in this step are cross-correlation, expectation maximalization algorithm and maximumaposteriori estimation. Silver pin electrode system have been elaborted and adapted to modified version of previously published amplifier for EEG and surface EMG recordings. This system allows detection signal with good signal to noise ra
