Board Game Playing and Consuming Beverages in VR
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
With a focus on social playing and drinking around a table, this paper presents a study of human-glassware interaction. The findings should work as a reference for designing the same interaction in Virtual reality (VR). A list of different types of commonly used glassware and their dimensions is compiled. Glassware's relative position to the participant's head while drinking is investigated based on video recordings from an experiment. Collected data from the experiment is used to map and better define the interaction space via areas most frequented for placing the glassware. As a result, variables that were observed to have an impact on the size and location of these areas are listed.
