Pedestrians' and Cyclists' Mutual Conflicts on Jointly Shared Communications
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
One of the necessities of cycling transport planning is designing such traffic infrastructure to minimize conflicts among cyclists and other traffic participants. So far half solved tasks for the present that was object of our research, are volume limitsfor suitability assessment propriety for mixed traffic of cyclists with pedestrians. Considering to the fact, that other traffic participants are less accustomed to cyclists in comparison with some countries of Europe, we verified these marginal intensity values by own investigation of interactions between pedestrians and cyclists on them, that showed needfulness to make these criterions for mixed traffic of cyclists and pedestrians more strict. This research was practised in dependence on density of pedestrians on chosen area too, designed for cycling traffic as well, that looks such as more objective criterion for the present than intensity for establishment review of mixed traffic of pedestrians and cyclists.
