Polymer materials play important role in the various branches of human life. It divides into the two basic parts - thermoplastics (can be repeatedly process under the upper temperature) and thermosetting plastics ( can not be repeatedly process under theupper temperature). Rubber belongs to the second part so its recyclation is a little problematic. The main volume of waste rubber comes from the disused tires. Old tire generation in industrialized countries is approximately one passenger car tire per capita per year. This amounts to approximately 250 million passenger car tires per year in the U.S.A. and 300 million in the European Union. There are at least one billion car tires currently stored in the numerous illegal piles. Most industrialized countries have methods and programs to facilitate the collection and processing of car tires.
