The direction to the topic of project and innovation oriented society is very discussed problem of productive innovations at present, but this topic is minimally applied in praxis. The productive innovations are not running systematically and initiativeto the market#s needs, but vice versa, the innovations are running continently and they are called with the market. The project management belongs to this problem, because it makes easier to enforce the changes in the productive firms. It is talked aboutthe necessity to form the project and innovation oriented society (PIOS), where the bases of project and innovation oriented society is connected. We must underline, that such a society must have tends and promptitude to develop all its abilities and competencies. It doesn#t concern about the development of application of project management principles (use of new methods, e.g. critical chain) and innovation management as such, it concerns about the systematically development in the fiel
