It is widely recognized today that aimful management of human resources to deal depends on employee´s working motivation. One of the ways to increase the economic efficiency of staff organization performance is to incarnate a new approach to motivation management. In as much as the position of women in the labour market has changed significantly due to their wide involvement into the workforce and as far as women?s participation in economic life is permanently increasing in recent years, understanding of genderal feature of motivation became of great importance today.
