The world financial crisis that also hits the Czech Republic gets small and medium entrepreneurs into a very competitive environment. If companies want to survive at this difficult time and even thrive they have to reveal all functioning arrangements that will lead them to the long-term efficiency and thereby also to competitiveness. The customer, his acquisition and mainly his long-term retention, is a motive force of the successful business not only in the Czech market but also in international markets.
