Work performance is the measure of the labor success. Looking at the performance of outputs according to work quality of work, quantity per unit of time and the objective conditions under which performance was achieved. Performance is labor readiness fora specific task. It is a set of qualities and dispositions worker, which determine the level of performance of the work task. Performance is not stable. There is usually used the working or the performance curve for the findings of performance. Performance curves are graphical representation of the performance of the worker. Performance curves can be constructed if the results work continuously measurable. These indicate change in performance depending on the different forms of work. The article describes a change in worker performance during the eight-hour work. Furthermore, it describes the importance of the involvement of breaks in the work day.
