The objective of the paper submitted is to determine the development of the business value over time using a selected valuation method and identification of factors leading to changes in its value, with a specific quantification of each of these factors. Based on financial and strategic analysis of a Company XYZ, the two-stage DCF model was chosen. The difference between the values over time determines the growth of the value.
