"Teleworking brings many advantages to employees and employers, but it also brings new challenges for both sides. This work arrangement also involves some disadvantages. Most of these disadvantages may be partially eliminated by following the recommended processes of implementation. Nevertheless, some negative aspects still may be expected. Teleworking may have advantages and disadvantages for the entire society, which may not be identical with individual or company interests. This work arrangement has become more and more common also in tourism. In this sector, it is mainly used by field workers. Teleworking also requires new skills and knowledge from employees working this way. Therefore, we will address the issue and problems related to teleworking and staff training in our paper. We were trying to find out what type of education is suitable for teleworkers. These workers know how to use ICTs and have good skills in this area. However, we shouldn't forget these workers use ICTs during all their working hours and communicate via computers in their spare time and that is why it is necessary to carry out some educational activities in a traditional way without computers. We used a questionnaire distributed online, the results were analysed by statistical methods."
