The authors aim is to examine the theoretical, methodological, and empirical issues of investment management in innovation. An improved analysis method is proposed to study investment in innovation, which identifies the following main stages: analysis of the dynamics of key indicators, the study of the impact of factors influencing R&D investment, analysis of the impact of investment in innovation on performance.
