Online Reputation of Public Charging Stations Operators: An Empirical Study on the Czech Market

The paper deals with challenges associated with the sustainable development of company reputation of public charging station operators in the Czech Republic. Specific attention is paid to online reputation, which represents an important aspect for the development of their responsible and sustainable image and is perceived as a valuable but vulnerable intangible asset. For the purposes of the research, a sample of 10 largest operators of public charging stations in the Czech market was selected. The sampling was based on the public charging stations listed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as of 31 December 2022. The analysis was performed using the method of sentiment analysis. The findings identified within the study of this significant sample provide a perspective on the challenges concerning a sustainable development of company reputation. The findings enable better understanding of how to achieve sustainable development of public charging station operators´ reputation, but are also applicable to other relevant business areas.
