Anotace anglicky

The main goal of the project is to increase and develop the capacities, knowledge, and skills of managerial, research, and other staff of the Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences (FLÚ AV ČR) in the area of strategic research management. This will support effective functioning and competitiveness in the international environment, as well as a resilient and secure institutional setting essential for conducting excellent research and development. The project will thus make a significant contribution to achieving the objectives outlined in the "Concept for the Management of the Institute of Philosophy and the Direction of Its Activities, Including the Future Development of the Workplace,". Thanks to the project, partial methodologies and strategies will be proposed, approved, and subsequently implemented. Their implementation will significantly enhance the working environment of the Institute and its essential infrastructural anchoring in the areas of HR policy, the associated gender policy framework, the use of artificial intelligence tools, grant support, library services, the internationalization of the Institute, open science, institutional resilience, and the popularization of research results in the public sphere.
