VZLU is involved in project MOSTA which has extraordinary importance by its technical contents and range not for VZLU only from 2010 year. There is significant innovation of L-410 UVP-E aircraft into new generation aircraft, which should be certified according to CS/FAR 23 regulation. The phase testing is largest phase of project and both timely and by technical content overreaches the range of project. The static strength tests of wing which is now designed as full damage tolerant and contains also integral fuel tanks, is one of largest testing campaign in project MOSTA. The target of these static strength tests is a strength proof of the wing with integral fuel tank structure in accordance with regulations CS-23, FAR-23, Amdt. 59. The successfully designed and performed critical load cases as well as structure behaviour during this load conditions anticipate the successful aircraft certification.
