This bachelor thesis deals with the involvement of Ukrainian pupils within the Brno environment and analyzes its ethical questions and impacts. The theoretical part focuses on basic information and important milestones of historical and contemporary Ukraine, as well as the current Russo-Ukrainian conflict, a brief introduction of the Ukrainian minority in the Czech Republic, challenges associated with the adaptation process of Ukrainian pupils, and multicultural methods as a means to address them. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research, specifically semi-structured interviews, which provide insights from two groups of respondents on the current practice of involving Ukrainian pupils. The aim of the thesis is to gain a specific insight into the issues surrounding this involvement.
