Nerovnosti v přístupu k terciárnímu vzdělání: Evropské země 1950-2005
Popis výsledku
Předkládaná analytická studie je výsledkem první etapy rok a půl trvající aktivity ?Nerovnosti v přístupu k vysokoškolskému a terciárnímu vzdělání v České republice a v dalších evropských zemích?, kterou řeší Středisko vzdělávací politiky Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy v Praze. Cílem první etapy bylo zjistit, zda, do jaké míry a jakým způsobem lze využít datové soubory prvních dvou fází Evropského sociálního výzkumu (European Social Survey ? ESS-1 a ESS-2) i pro účely zjišťování míry nerovnostia jejího průběhu v řadě evropských zemí včetně České republiky, a na základě jejich analýz vytvořit a interpretovat ukazatele a model(y) mezigeneračního přenosu nerovností v přístupu k terciárnímu vzdělání. Analytická studie byla v této verzi zpracovánataké pro využití v rámci projektu OECD Tertiary Education Review a odeslána tedy rovněž do sekretariátu OECD. Proto byly do přílohy zařazeny především ty evropské země, které jsou zároveň zapojeny i do projektu OECD.

This analytical study is the outcome of the first stage of the activity ?Inequality and Access to Tertiary Education in the Czech Republic and Other European Countries? carried out by the Education Policy Centre of the Faculty of Education, Charles University in Prague. The aim of the first stage has been to find out whether, to what extent and how it is possible to use databases of the first two rounds of the European Social Survey for examining and analysing the development of inequities in access totertiary education in some European countries (including the Czech Republic), and for elaborating and interpreting indices and models of intergeneration transmission of inequities. The working paper has been prepared also in order to be used in the OECDThematic Review of Tertiary Education. This is why particularly the European countries participating in it have been included in the annex.
