The chapter emphasizes that the principles of Rule of Law are connected with the exercise of justice and constitutional justice. In this context the author concludes that the Communication from the Commission "The new EU framework for strengthening of the Rule of Law" (2014) should not be interpreted and applied as aiming to change the current perception of the role of constitutional and human rights courts.
