Taking advantage of interactive training in teacher s preparation for forming of healthy relationship between children Technology of psychological and social training on the basis of active interactive teaching is started to be a constituent of teacher spreparation. In our speech we would like to introduce some experiences with application of so called interactive training with a view to the heightening of sociology-occupation teachers qualification in a part of improving of interpersonal relationships. Way out our thoughts there is a theory of active-social teaching. The objective is development of social skills for teacher s succeses in influencing of school classroom climate and enterprise and development of healthy relationship between children.
