L'article explore l'importance croissante accordée aux besoins des élèves, remettant en question le rôle des enseignants et le contenu des programmes d'éducation et des programmes de langues étrangères des écoles secondaires. Le lien entre les connaissances, les compétences et les aptitudes des élèves est un domaine clé affecté par cette transformation de l'éducation. C'est un domaine clé affecté par cette transformation de l'éducation. Les enseignants sont encouragés à se concentrer principalement sur les compétences clés des élèves, en particulier les compétences en matière de communication. EduScrum, une technique pédagogique innovante, favorise la collaboration entre les élèves. Le potentiel, les avantages et les inconvénients de cette méthode seront examinés dans ce texte.

The article addresses the growing emphasis on the needs of students who critically view the role of teachers and the content of educational and foreign language programs in schools. A key area affected by this transformation in education is the link between students' knowledge, skills and abilities. This is a key area affected by the transformation of education. Teachers are encouraged to focus on students' key skills, especially communication skills. EduScrum, an innovative teaching technology, promotes collaboration between students. This text will explore the possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of this method.
