Introduction Physical activity is suggested to be an essential part of everyday life, especially during growth and rapid development of school-aged children. Aim of paper The aim of this paper is to find out whether and how often students ? boys who attend three types of secondary schools (which differ in the level of difficulty) ? are devoted to physical activities in their free time. Material and Methods The research set was composed of students who attend three different types of secondary schools: secondary grammar school - 46 ?Grammar students?, automobile secondary school (study programmes finished with national secondary school exam) ? 48 ?Students? and apprentices of the study programme not finished with the national school leaving exam ? 50 ?Apprentices?. In total, 144 boys participated in the research. A standardized questionnaire was used to find out about the physical activities of the above informants.
