In recent years, the idea has been increasingly promoted that improving the performance of value networks can help to develop cooperation between its individual entities, which also include distribution intermediaries. However, the real shift in the performance of not only the immediate collaborators as selected articles of the value network, but the entire value network, occurs if the individual suppliers systematically collaborate with all stakeholders of the value network (i.e. with the immediate suppliers and customers as well) in order to find the most appropriate way of meeting the wishes, needs and requirements of the related articles in the value network. The article focuses on the development of relations between the contractor and distribution intermediaries that are part of the value network. It deals with activities in which to develop cooperation and how to do it so that the distribution intermediaries become satisfied customers and co-workers in creating the value for oth
