To strengthen the customer relations when dealing with chemical products, it is necessary to develop a number of areas of cooperation and mutual harmonization of processes and activities between producers and manufacturers, or users of these products sothat it leads to their deeper interconnection, better competitiveness and higher effectiveness of production processes, distribution and utilization of the products. At first, the paper discusses individual areas of mutual cooperation, sharing information, creation of common concepts and procedures, and mutual adaptation of producers, distributors and processors in the entire value network.
