The overview of the experimental/test evaluation of the European augmentation service conducted is summarized in the article. An engineering problem of appropriate experimental determination of basic satellite navigation system augmentation service quality parameters is studied. Requirements on test platform of GNSS SIS quality measurement are covered by article. Basic approach of observation and processing scheme of the system developed and applied during research of European wide area augmentation service of GPS are proposed. Results of the research are applicable for Air Navigation Service Provider, whose responsibilities are also discussed; so contribution presents primarily technical point of view than sole institutional-legal recommendation. Results of experiment of actual European SBAS system performance are presented in article. Based on the measurement and processed data future research techniques overview (currently in order on IAE) were determined.
