The text focuses on development trends of the modern corporate environment and on changing requirements placed on the preparation and skills of professional managers. It presents selected characteristics of the developing corporate environment and formulates further parameters, additional standard models that describe or characterise the abilities and dispositions of managers. This paper also describes partial results of pilot study focussing on identification of sub-indexes for the development and validation of a unifying N-dimensional index X-tream. In the context of professional preparation and education of individuals for management and business in modern corporate environment, this paper describes what people´s natural potentials are and how thesepotentials lead to so-called Subtle Skills, which can be further refined through Connatural Management approach. These skills cannot be acquired through common models of preparation and development, but they can be identified and further
