The research has a design of pilot study. The goal was to verify the impact of self-help method on a quality of life. Self-help method was based on cognitive behavioural therapy. Participants were asked to include in their lives situations which make their happy, during a period of two months. These situations were marked by them in special diary. The quality of live was measured before and after the two months. The most of participants were working in supporting professions, which includes high frequency of burnout. As an outcome is a comparison quality of life before and after study and a list of used "happy situations" with its frequencies.
