Public Administration organizes the operation and governance of public services in the state. It protects the public interests. Public administration is a service to the public. Main the role of government lies in the prescriptive activities, as well asdecisions on the rights and obligations of public administration. Performance of State administration in the public authority is an activity characterized by hierarchical relationships between the authority and participant in the administrative proceedings. On this basis it is the responsibility of the state - among others - to regulate legal relations in society. On January 1, 2012 was changed the Employment Act.
