The aim of this paper is to introduce and evaluate the process of EGovernment implementation in Czech Republic in 2014. Based on the evaluation some proposals will be declared, which might help to improve the performance of EGovernment. Firstly, some ofthe basics of EGovernment services will be introduced. Secondly, the structure of EGovernment framework will be presented (Smart administration, eGON, Czech POINT, data boxes, etc.). The core of the paper will be emphasized to the actual data concerningthe EGovernment placement of the Czech Republic in the global scale, the development and use of information and communication technology in government in generally, and the research of government organizations web pages. All these aspects influence the complex performance of EGovernment. Czech Republic takes the upper places in the evaluation of some projects (e.g., data boxes), but on the other hand there are many issues (web pages, on-line services provided by the municipal offices), w
