Paper dealts with properties of one of possible replacement of lead solders for productions of electronic devices, it is with electrically conductive adhesives especially about isotropic conductive adhesives. Electrically conductive adhesives have in comparison with lead solders generally worse electrical properties especially contact resistance. Quality and stability of sticking joint relate to value of inner tension inside adhesive, what provide pressure between individual particles. From that resultsthe context between electrical and mechanical properties of electrically conductive glued joint. Degradation of mechanical strength is also the cause of degradation of joint resistance. Aging is the main cause of adhesive degradation. The worst type ofaging for adhesive is humidity, because adhesives moistening. At the end of paper it will be presented experimentally measured values.
