Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The monograph is concerned with the concept of talent management in the context of business organizations in the Visegrad countries. It has been designed to uncover how these organizations are developing and implementing talent management. The company practice is reflected on the basis of the research study and case studies conducted by the authors of the monograph. The monograph is organised in three parts. Part one establishes the theoretical framework for the research survey. The concept and the essence of talent and talent management are given here from a different perspective. Part two provides a summary of research study. This research study is one of the first research studies examining talent management in the given context. The findings indicate regional differences in the way the concept of talent management is implemented and also identify factors affecting applying talent management in organizations. Part three presents descriptive case studies reflecting successful talent
