En el presente artículo se analizan las funciones que en el texto especializado tienen los demostrativos. Se presta la atención sobre todo en sus funciones endofóricas (anáforas), prestando menor interés en las funciones exofóricas (deixis). La autora trabaja con el género textual de los contratos redactados en checo y en español. Se trata de los textos paralelos, no traducidos. Los textos se analizan a través de la anotación manual, realizada por la autora, en las herramientas Sketch Engine y Analec.

This article analyzes the functions that demonstratives have in the specialized text. Attention is paid above all to its endophoric functions (anaphora), paying less interest to exophoric functions (deixis). The author works with the textual genre of contracts drawn up in Czech and Spanish. These are parallel texts, not translated. The texts are analyzed through manual annotation, carried out by the author, in the Sketch Engine and Analec tools.
