Landeskundliche Themen sind im Rahmen des DaF-Unterrichts auf allen sprachlichen Ebenen erfahrungsgemäß beliebt. Sie bieten eine Vielfalt an anregendem Material, und es wäre gerade unerfreulich, wenn wir als Lehrende die Skala der sich anzubietenden Möglichkeiten in dem Bereich der Sprachaneignung nicht nutzten. Der Beitrag nimmt sich zum Ziel, am Thema der Kulinarik mögliche Ansätze zu demonstrieren, die den Spracherwerb im Rahmen der interkulturellen Kompetenz fördern. Unter dem Einfluss der digitalen Instrumente möchten wir auf die gegenwärtige Nutzung von ihnen hinweisen und auf praktische Anwendung dieser Instrumente in der Praxis aufmerksam machen.

Experience has shown that regional studies topics are popular in GFL lessons at all language levels. They offer a variety of stimulating material, and it would be particular unfortunate if we as teacher did not utilise the range of possibilities on offer in this area of language acquisition. This contribution aims to use the topic of cuisine to demonstrate possible approaches that promote language acquisition in the context of intercultural competences. Under the influence of digital tools, we would like to point out their current use and draw attention to the practical application of these tools in practice
