Defence Resource Management Optimization - Issues of Employee Remuneration of Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Labor remuneration is one of the key factors motivating economic units to supply a labor and to increase performance. For Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic personal expenses represent a substantial cost category making approximately fifty percentof its total annual budget. Setting up the remuneration system ensuring an adequate labor supply from a public and avoiding an overpayment of some employee groups is hence crucial task. The current system of Ministry of Defence allocating more than fourthousands of different careers in to only a sixteen pay grades doesn?t satisfy this condition. In one pay grade i.e. grade with comparable salary we can find occupations that are rewarded on the labor market completely differently. It leads to the situation that supply of one group of employees is insufficient while the other group is unnecessarily overpaid which leads to inefficient use of defence resources.
