This paragraph deals with selected aspects related to effective decision-making and behavior of people in terms of threat, uncertainty and risk. It introduces a comprehensive approach such as the preparation of model X-Stream or Connatural management that can be effectively applied in the preparation of professionals and managers to fulfill the functions and tasks in demanding situations in modern security and market environment. The first part describes the author's way of thinking about security and the market, respectively. business environment in the next section present a selected aspects of comprehensive approaches X-stream and Connatural management and in the third section points out some of the experiences and knowledge of the application of these approaches in practice preparation, which prove to be significant for the application currently preparing people for demanding environments or constitute a challenge for further study and methodical research.
