Influence of Customer behaviour on passenger car warranty cost

This article deals with an estimate of warranty costs for a passenger car that is based on results of a research of behaviour of the customers. Possibilities of practical use of the proposed method are demonstrated on an example of estimate of warranty costs of a lower medium class passenger car manufactured in the Czech Republic. The method allows analyzing an influence of changes of basic parameters of the warranty on the level of warranty costs.
