The learning organization is a flexible and adaptable organization responding to changes in its environment (including the inner one) by its own transformation based on learning. In this organization, improving on all differential levels may be observed.For practical use of this concept it is essential to master the diagnostics of the specific features of organizations. This article identifies the characteristics of the learning organization and suggests the methodology, tool of their diagnostics and interpretation of results.
