Nowadays, strategic management represents one of the crucial ways for the company to achieve competitiveness. Nevertheless, corporate strategies often fail and strategic goals remain unaccomplished. This is due to several reasons. This paper focuses in particular on external environmental factors and problems associated with future development prognoses projected in strategic analyses and consequences arising therefrom. In order to eliminate the drawbacks of strategic analyses, the strategic control andearly warning strategic system tools are applied in the process of strategic management.
