Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) went through a major development in management approach in the last 10 years. NGOs professionalize their management by introducing systems and processes. HRM moves from intuitive impulses to formal and systemic work. Worker evaluation which provides valuable feedback and aids in professional and personal growth is one of the parts of HRM. This paper evaluates the quantitative data from a ten-year long survey (2007-2017) amongst Czech NGOs in the area of HRM. The authors ask a question:Can the approach of nonprofit organizations toward human resources evaluation be seen as progressive? Based on the results of the survey, they believe that NGOs approach toward worker evaluation can be seen as progressive. NGOs introduce evaluation systems, they use advanced methods for regular evaluations and they connect their results with worker motivation, development (education) and rewards.
