Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The Czech food law (Decree No. 335/1997 as amended) specifies the categories of fruit non-alcoholic beverages, for which there are the following limits for the fruit content: juice 100%; nectar less than 100 but more than 25 # 50 % according to the sortof fruit, fruit drink at least on fourth of the limit given for the corresponding nectar and lemonade need not to contain any fruits. Especially fruit drinks are recently an increasing segment because of the lower price and declared fruit contents, for which these products are interesting for consumer, who generally prefers drinks containing fruit than the artificial products. The set of 20 samples of orange drinks recently available in Czech market was evaluated. The fruit content was estimatedon the basis of chemical markers: sugar and sorbitol content, malic, citric acid, potassium, formol number, flavonoids, etc. The AIJN Code of practice data were used for the fruit content evaluation. The analyses have confirmed the declared fruit
