The workshop was focused on advanced analytical strategies to assess the safety, authenticity and quality of food. Various case studies were presented, including the development of analytical methods, data evaluation, QA / QC, ... Participants had the opportunity to meet experts in the field, obtain information from other colleagues, establish contacts and discuss their current and future research activities.
