Many studies confirm a positive impact of attendance on students' performance. Nowadays, class performance at universities is not high because different reasons. Obligatory attendance could force students to come, but is not well perceived and it does not improve reparation and involvement of students in the lecture. The aim of the article is to prove positive impact of daily quizzes in Managerial Communication. These quizzes are conducted realized in the beginning of each lecture and are based on basicinformation from this lecture. Students have to read a relevant part of the text book before the lecture and therefore are able be more active in the lecture. Described questionnaire research is based on three groups of respondents but there are only 35people and therefore results are not significant in statistical point of view. Results show that students are prepared more, their attendance is very good and their participation during lectures does not depend on quizzes.
