The paper deals with selected aspects regarding children and adolescents in relation to the media in the era of technological convergence and it presents newest information about children?s lifestyle research. The text also points out that after new media commencement, there has been significant modification of children and adolescents? relation to the media and modification (convergence) of relation of individual media to one another; e.g. multimedialization of households and children?s rooms, simultanneous perception of several media contents by the recipient, so called multitasking, etc.
