Die Studie beschäftigt sich mit den neuen Trends in der Übersetzung bzw. in der Übersetzungsdidaktik und untersucht die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Anwendung von der computergestützten Übersetzungssoftware. Die Situation auf dem Übersetzungsmarkt erfordert einen reibungslosen Umgang mit CAT-Anwendungen, wobei die Universitäten als Träger der beruflichen Ausbildung von professionellen Übersetzern dieser Entwicklung folgen sollen. Es wird gezeigt, dass es zur gegenseitigen Beeinflussung bei den maschinellen und humanen Textübertragungen kommt und diese Interaktion die Tendenz zur mehrschichtigen Beschleunigung der Übersetzungsprozesse liefert. Des Weiteren wird analysiert, wie weit sich die verwendeten Methoden der CAT-Werkzeuge in den ausgefertigten technischen Übersetzungen widerspiegeln.

The study deals with the new trends in translation and translational didactics and examines the possibilities and limitations of the application of computer-aided translation software. The situation in the translation market requires a smooth handling of CAT applications, with the universities, as providers of the professional training of professional translators, to follow this development. It is shown that there is a mutual influence on machine and human text transmissions and this interaction leads to the multi-layered acceleration of the translation processes. It also analyzes the extent to which the CAT tools used in the developed technical translations are reflected.
