Mzdové nerovnosti v České republice
Popis výsledku
Příspěvek "Mzdové nerovnosti v České republice" zkoumá mzdové nerovnosti a jejich strukturu v České republice v období 1997-2000. Data pro analýzu mzdových nerovností za Českou republiku pochází z Informačního systému o průměrném výdělku (ISPV). Jako statistický znak pro hodnocení mzdových nerovností byl vybrán "průměrný hodinový výdělek". Jeho výhodou je srovnatelnost, naprosto shodná forma konstrukce u všech zaměstnavatelů. Za nejprůkaznější ukazatele "vnitřní diferenciace" výdělků jsou v této práci považovány kvantilový poměr a Giniho koeficient. Výsledky ukázaly, že mzdová nerovnost je poměrně vysoká a v čase se zvyšovala. Analýza potvrdila předpoklad, že mezi skupinami pracovníků sestavených podle určitých aspektů existují významné rozdíly ve výdělcích. O těchto rozdílech rozhoduje především typ vykonávané práce a její složitost a s tím související kvalifikační úroveň pracovníků. The paper "The wage inequality in the Czech Republic" analyses the wage inequality level and structure in the Czech Republic in the period 1997-2000. Used data come from the Information System of Average Incomes (AWIS). Average gross wage per hour has been selected as a statistical characteristic for wage inequality evaluation. Quantile ratio and Gini coefficient are considered for the most evident indicators of the "internal differentiation" of wages and external differentiation of status towards the Czech Republic average or in the frame of the analysed group. With regard to the results of the analysis we can summarise that wage inequality is relatively high and it is increasing in time. The differentiation of the particular incomes in the defined groups is high it is increasing in time and with the job complexity. The important factors for the wage differentiation are type of industry, qualification level and type of the firm ownership. The higher average incomes represent highe
