Supporting and developing talented employees in a global company
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
A crucial asset of every successful company is its talented and qualified employees. Due to fluctuations in the business environment and unprecedented changes on the labour and product markets, a company's development is especially dependent on its human factor. Without a qualified workforce, companies would not succeed in the current competitive environment found on the global market. The strategic aim of each organisation should be obtaining and keeping talented staff that contribute to the company's profitability and growth on the market and create a unique competitive advantage through their approach, competence and engagement. This paper addresses the current issue of searching for and developing employees with the aim of pointing out the necessity of effectively training one's employees and creating an inspiring and motivating work environment for them both in theoretical and practical terms. From observation and eliminative induction, it can be stated that global firms invest time and money into searching for and subsequently developing talented employees. The authors of this paper have defined the basic methods and techniques used in global companies to find employees' talents. The current issue of supporting and developing talent is growing together with the process of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
