Chatbot33 is a specific chatbot that will be primarily used to promote and provide information on study programs accredited and offered at the Faculty of Economics VSB-Technical University of Ostrava for all those interested in studying at this faculty. In addition to this basic function for applicants Chatbot33 will also serve faculty students for whom it should be able to define and explain basic and important terms and concepts they will encounter during their studies. Chatbot33 is operated on the website of the student organization Sokolska33, it is implemented in the form of neuro-fuzzy expert system in the IBM Watson Assistant programming environment and its basic features and functionalities are the main topic of this article.
