The paper identifies changes in the dimensions of organizational culture in the periodbefore the Covid-19, just after the pandemic, and also identifies the type of organizationalculture in public administration institutions as demanded by employees. Respondents weremunicipal officials randomly selected from all regions of the Czech Republic. The OCAIquestionnaire was used for the online survey. After statistical processing of the data obtainedfrom 1,189 respondents, it was confirmed that the clan type prevails in all the periods understudy. It was found that there was no statistically significant relationship between gender, age,length of employment, gender of manager and dimensions of organizational culture types. Itcan be concluded that the pandemic did not have any dramatic effect on the changes inorganizational culture in public administration. The practical significance lies in theidentification of changes in the location of dimensions in types of organizational culture.Knowing the location of dimensions in different types is essential for managers as it can leadthem to create an appropriate organizational culture, which is a condition for the performanceof any organization not excluding public administration
