Popis výsledku v původním jazyce

De diversiteit binnen de taal leidt onder andere tot het ontstaan van terminologische varianten voor gelijke of vergelijkbare concepten binnen vaktalen. In ons artikel wijzen we op de terminologische diversiteit binnen de Nederlandse rechtstaal, die in twee van elkaar onafhankelijke rechtssystemen met autonoom systeem van overheidsinstellingen en wetten wordt gebruikt. Aan de hand een casestudie van de terminologie van het vennootschapsrecht tonen we op welke manier deze verschillen in het vertaalprocesingrijpen. Aansluitend analyseren we enkele vertaalstrategieën voor het vertalen van de terminologische varianten naar een andere taal en wijzen op het belang van een grondig terminologisch onderzoek van het juridisch Nederlands tijdens het vertaalproces.

The diversity within the language leads, among other, to the arising of terminology variants for equal or comparable concepts within special languages. In our article we point out the terminological diversity within the Dutch legal language that is beingused in two mutual independent legal systems with an autonomic system of government institutions and laws. On basis of a case study on the terminology of the company law we show in which ways these differences affect the translation process. Subsequently we analyze several translation strategies for the translation of these variants to another language and we point out the importance of a thorough terminology research of the juridical Dutch in the translation process.
