The paper discusses at first (1) the reasons why to focus on quality in economy, industry, administration and education. It makes clearly quality is not nice to have but it has a natural and embedded nature. Quality is a Must for competitiveness of persons and organizations. Chapter (2) deals with newest controversial discussion on the definition of "Quality" and a demanded "new approach to Quality Management", and will show that we do not need new definitions but new understanding of quality in our life and in the organizations.
